On November 12th 2017, Tavola – Original Italian Taste finally launched.
Evolving around our philosophy, that is committing to deliver healthy recipes, cooked with modern technologies in order to preserve the ingredients’ natural texture, the Grand Opening dinner menu highlighted best and most signature seafood dishes of Tavola, with excellent Italian wine pairing from RubyRed.
The event was exclusive for only 100 VVIPs guests. The dinner was private but cozy, as the guests enjoyed their food in the classic Italian setting and live trumpet performance.
Little hint for newcomers, try our signature Tiramisu, served with a shot of Lavazza cold coffee and Sambuca. It is THE DESSERT that everyone in town has been talking about. The taste is ground-breaking, like awakening magma underneath the snowy volcano; indeed, very unique in its own way.
